Description

A consultancy offering a range of services to different industries and particular manufacturing are currently looking for an Account Manager. You will upsell to existing customers and maintain Client relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in account management and a proven track record in generating sales and meeting targets.

Commutable from: Stoke, Crewe, Newcastle Under Lyme, Cheadle, Stone, Nantwich, Stafford, Market Drayton

Package: £25,000 p.a. circa +excellent commission structure

Suitable for: Account Manager, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Sales Manager, Client Relationship Manager

The Role

Reporting into the Manager Director, you will have the following duties:

-Achieve minimum call rates and quotation targets on a consistent basis.
-Responsible for a pre-determined portfolio of Clients.
-Act as a primary point of contact for each Client assigned to you.
-Work closely with the Operations teams to ensure work is being effectively scheduled and carried out.

The Person

Educated to a minimum of GCSE you will have the following experiences:

-Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building long lasting relationships.
-A strong sales background.
-Confident to take up on the opportunity to learn new skills.
-Candidates with a background selling services to industrial businesses would be at a distinct advantage but not restricted for those looking to learn a new industry.
