A global business with technologies that create a more sustainable world require a Sustainability Leader to develop and support the sustainability strategy to be aligned with the expectations of their customers and consistent with the group's sustainability strategy. This role would suit someone with a passion for sustainability and the ideal candidate will have management experience and strong stakeholder management experience.

The Person
Educated to degree level in an environmental discipline you will have the following experience:
-Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
-Management or leadership experience is essential.
-Strong stakeholder management experience.
-Experience setting up the sustainability strategy is desirable.
-Someone with the passion for sustainability is essential.
The Role
Reporting into the Global Operations Director, you will have the following duties:
-Lead a team of recent graduates with 1-2 years' experience as sustainability subject matter experts.
-Develop the sustainability strategy to align with the customers' expectations.
-Advise Business Unit Managing Directors on how the stakeholders' expectations can be met and work with the teams to develop and execute appropriate plans.
-Deliver monthly and annual sustainability reports.
-Provide insight on key ESG metrics to support the sustainability agenda.
