With over 22,000 applicants on our database, we are sure we can find someone suitable for your vacant position. We can find someone who has shown interest in the type of position you have on offer and its location. The candidate’s CV will be sent to you once they have confirmed their interest in your vacancy for your consideration. The placement fee will only be charged once the individual has joined your company.
Advertising your Vacancy:
When promoting your vacancy, it can be hard to know what works. We can advise you on the choice of the medium of your advert, it’s artistic creation and required copy. We can place the advert and process any responses it may receive. You will have exclusive access to any applicants that answer the advert, until you determine whether you want them for the role.
You will be charged at a low rate for any advertising, with a reduced placement fee. If preferred, a flat handling fee can be agreed with no placement fee charge.
We can fund your advertisement for you. This may not incur a charge, or it will cost a small fee as a contribution to the cost of the advertisement. A placement fee will be charged upon successful appointment of a candidate and we will normally require a period of sole agency.
We can place advertisements as required and communicate with other agencies for further outreach. We will charge a one-off fee for undertaking the assignment and all other services will be provided at cost. This would be performed under your instruction on a sole agency basis.

In today’s recruitment market 60% of candidates are passive and only 30% are actively seeking new employment and will be found on the major job boards.
The remaining 10% are not interested in seeking new employment.
A contingent recruitment model will only give you access to 30% of the candidate pool from multiple agencies using the same job boards racing to send you the CV first.
